Company’s smart digital assistant designed for a new era of work earns accolades for making automation assessable to all
Automation Anywhere, a global leader in robotic process automation (RPA) today announced it has been named a winner in the 2021 BIG Innovation Awards for its smart digital assistant that allows employees to automate day-to-day business processes connecting people and processes across an entire organization.
AARI, which stands for Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface, brings consumer experiences to the enterprise through an easy-to-use, bot-to-human interface that simplifies everyday tasks, improves collaboration between teams, and provide best-in-class customer service – either on-premises or in the cloud.

Organizations from across the globe submitted their recent innovations for consideration in the BIG Innovation Awards. Nominations were then judged by a select group of business leaders and executives who volunteer their time and expertise to score submissions.
